Preschool Gymnastics

Age: 18 months – 3 years

Fun and bonding through parent/child interaction is what this class is all about. Music and exploration is a major part of the curriculum. Hand/eye coordination and ball handling skills are developed along with small motor development. Personal attention from the coaching staff is provided throughout. This is a perfect way for you and child to get comfortable with the gym and our instructors!

School Age Gymnastics

Age: 5 – 18

Students learn basic gymnastics skills and advance through 3 levels. Activities include vault, bars, beam, tumbling, Tumbl Trak, and more. Girls Beginner 5/6, 6-9, and 7+ classes are designed for younger girls that are new to gymnastics. Girls Beginner 10 and up classes are designed for older girls seeking to engage in gymnastics. Often times, girls in this age group feel self conscious about starting the sport at an older age and choose to not participate. This class allows them to learn alongside other girls in the same situation, while gaining confidence and experiencing the important benefits of a healthy lifestyle!

Age: 6 – 18

Registration is open to girls who have mastered the basic skills offered in the Beginner Program and requires an evaluation by the Head Coach or Program Director. This class is designed to further develop skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor. Gymnasts in this class are encouraged (not required) to participate in our performance team.

Age: 6 – 18

Our boys gymnastics program introduces boys desiring to participate in recreational gymnastics to basic physical fitness strategies, tumbling techniques, and various men’s gymnastics events. The class is geared towards boys 6 and up of all skills and abilities.

Homeschool Gymnastics

Age: 5 – 18

Our home school program is for families with children in grades K-12 and runs during daytime hours. This unique program is structured differently than our regular classes. Students will participate in a 30 minutes structured class and 30 minutes of free play. Structured activities will include gymnastics, ninja, and tumbling.
