Our facility is equipped for Gymnastic, Cheer, Ninja Course, and Jiu-Jitsu.
Our athletic facility is located at 239 NE Front St. in Milford, DE at the north end of the shopping center.
Our standard hours of operation are:
Monday: 4 – 8:30 PM
Tuesday: 8:40 AM – 2:30 PM | 4 – 8:30 PM
Wednesday: 4 – 8:30 PM
Thursday: 8:40 AM – 2:30 PM | 4 – 8:30 PM
Friday: 4 – 8:30 PM
Saturday: 7:45 AM – 1:30 PM
Sunday: Closed
